Infra engineer - Senior Engineer Hybrid Location : Bengaluru, Whitefied Professional Expertise : 8 - 12 years experience in Linux and Solaris administration Experience in UNIX Environment - Solaris 11 and Linux Work experience at client location in general shift but willing to work in night shift if required Expertise in installation, configuration and upgradation, patching, administration, and storage implementation Ability to articulate standard methodologies for during implementation Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management Individual contributor role able to manage his work independently. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Working knowledge of OS clustering, partitioning, virtualization and storage administration, integration with operating systems Demonstrated expertise in UNIX - Solaris and Linux. Experience in Oracle VM Manager LDOM / OVM Administration Working experience on OS performance tuning Working experience on OVM/OLVM Implementation and Migration projects Experience on Oracle LDOM Administration Understanding of VLAN, network switches and protocols.
