About the role
5+ Years Share your rate (As per market) Onsite (4 days/week) Bangalore Note - There would be 2 virtual interview round and 1 F2F at client office What You Will Do Design and build high-throughput, low-latency microservices powering enterprise-grade applications Lead architecture and development of cloud-native and event-driven platforms Solve complex system design challenges involving scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience Drive engineering excellence through strong design principles, clean code, and automation Build reusable frameworks and developer platforms to improve productivity Collaborate across product, data, AI, and platform teams to deliver business impact Mentor and grow high-performing engineers and lead technical discussions Contribute to technology strategy and long-term architecture roadmap Improve system observability, reliability, and performance Lead initiatives around automation, AI-assisted development, and developer productivity Take end-to-end ownership from ideation to production What Makes You a Strong Fit Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design Strong knowledge of API design, concurrency, and performance optimization Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action At least 2 years as a Team lead.
