Experience :-8-10 Years Work Type :- Remote Skills Required Primary Skills Workday Integrations Architect Job Description 8+ yrs The Senior Workday Integration Lead is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex integrations between Workday and external systems across the enterprise. This role leads the integration architecture strategy, ensures scalability and security of data flows, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors. The position requires deep expertise in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs, along with strong experience in middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.). This role provides technical leadership, drives best practices, ensures integration governance, and mentors junior integration developers. The Integration Lead plays a critical role in system transformations, mergers acquisitions, and large-scale Workday implementations or enhancements.
