Job Summary Job Title - ServiceNow HRSD Now Assist Architect We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Now Assist Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HRSD, Employee Center, and ServiceNows AI capabilities, including Now Assist, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations. In this role, you will work closely with HR business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to define solution architecture, drive platform innovation, and implement AI-powered capabilities that align with organizational goals and ServiceNow best practices. Timezone: 4 PM/5 PM to 1 AM/2 AM IST Work Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Design and configure HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Document Management, and HR Service Catalog. Architect AI-enabled HR solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist to improve employee self-service and HR agent productivity. Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and oversee integrations with enterprise HR applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where applicable. Establish platform governance, development standards, security controls, and solution design principles. Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and provide guidance to development teams. Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance with organizational security and data privacy standards. Support platform upgrades, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare architecture documentation, solution design documents, implementation roadmaps, and technical specifications. Now Assist Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered HR use cases using Now Assist. Configure AI-assisted case summarization, knowledge content generation, and intelligent search experiences. Develop reusable prompt templates and support AI governance and responsible AI practices. Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI and workflow orchestration. Monitor AI adoption, usage metrics, and solution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10+ years of overall IT experience, including 9+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, solution design, and architecture, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions for enterprise organizations; 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Now Assist. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations. Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee experience solutions. Experience implementing AI capabilities such as ServiceNow Now Assist.
