ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: Remote Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners preferred Role Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps. This role plays a critical part in shaping platform strategy, complex implementations, and integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem. We would like you to bring along Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side scripting. Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub). Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and guide teams through execution. Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good-to-have skills Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent. Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments. Presales or customer-facing solutioning experience.
