Position: ServiceNow Technical Lead ServiceNow Lead (8 Plus) We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and customizations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement client-side and server-side scripting in ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Required Skills: Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development. Leading a Team. Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Exposure in Angular or React. Understanding of Architecture. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (GlideScript, Jelly). Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). Understanding of ITSM processes and workflows.
