Roles and Responsibility Prepare detailed drawings and models of rebar systems, including layout, sizing, and reinforcement schedules. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete project deliverables. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of rebar designs, calculations, and test reports. Conduct quality control checks on rebar designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on rebar detailing best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in rebar technology and design software. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar detailing, preferably in the infrastructure industry. Strong knowledge of rebar codes, standards, and regulations, including ACI/AISC/AIS/CISC/CSM. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
