OneStream Associate

At Spaulding Ridge, as an Associate in the OneStream practice, you will be responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform. You will have the opportunity to collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources, communicate effectively across various audiences, and approach problems creatively to solve business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of OneStream Solutions encompassing Requirements and Design, Development, Testing, Training, and support - Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources - Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges - Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity Qualifications: - 3-5 years of overall OneStream experience - End-to-End implementation exposure and strong knowledge of creating business rules / member formulas - Good understanding of financial and accounting functions, including experience with financial close & consolidations, financial reporting, or planning and budgeting processes - Experience with data integration between different systems/sources, REST API, or Groovy scripts - Bachelors and master's in finance/accounting/engineering At Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to an early-stage growth company that provides innovative opportunities to impact clients in a meaningful way.
