About the role
As the UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the UX design process from concept to launch, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business goals and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall product performance. - Developing high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or similar tools to ensure an accurate representation of final products. - Applying human-centered design principles effectively throughout the entire design process. - Creating complex wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma or similar design tools. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, product design, and UX research. - Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools is required. - A strong understanding of human-centered design principles is essential. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. - Experience with usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on designs. - A strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking methodologies is necessary.
