Business Analyst - AM / DM Manager (Gurugram)

Understand end-to-end business processes. Independently extract, prepare and analyse gigabytes of data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance, variance analysis etc). Develop solutions with minimal support. Develop techniques and computer algorithms for data analysis for making it meaningful and actionable Makes recommendations to improve business profitability or processes. Estimate opportunity size and develop business case through EDA, segmentation, testing frameworks, statistical techniques. Manage implementation of ideas and project plans with minimal support Present and share insights and analysis with stakeholders, leadership and peers Create and monitor reports to track various tests, initiatives and identify issues, trends, and opportunities Coach current team members on technical skills and business knowledge, knowledge and best practice sharing with peers Requirements : 3-4 years of experience of working on analytics-driven strategies in an in-house strategy analytics team or a consulting organization. Additionally, the candidate should have experience of stakeholder management and client facing at various stages of a project. CERTIFICATION(S): Certification(s) required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Knowledge of analytics and statistical tools like SQL, Python, R Skilled in problem solving, create data driven frameworks to solve business problems; communication, storyboarding and presentation of their work Ability to manage senior level stakeholders and storyboarding .
