Role Description The Analyst role at Spectre, IIT Bhilai is a full-time, on-site position based in Durg. The Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining reports or dashboards, preparing concise documentation, and supporting project design and evaluation. The Analyst will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements, validate results, and present outcomes in a structured, accessible format. The role involves continuous learning, adherence to ethical data practices, and contribution to process improvements within Spectres projects. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to structure and interpret data-driven questions.Proficiency in basic data handling tools (such as spreadsheets or statistical software) and comfort working with datasets.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a simple, logical manner.Attention to detail, reliability in documentation, and a disciplined approach to time management and task ownership.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, respond to feedback, and work with diverse stakeholders.Bachelors degree in a quantitative, engineering, or related discipline (or current enrollment with strong performance) is preferred.Familiarity with basic research methods, reporting, or visualization tools is an advantage.Interest in the higher education or technology ecosystem and willingness to learn new analytical techniques. .
