Key Accountabilities Strategy & Digital Transformation Identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation, and business transformation. Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies. Evaluate and deploy LLM assistants, workflow automation, document and dossier automation, SOP digitization, and scientific computing solutions. Own the enterprise application landscape, including SAP ERP, LIMS, ELN, Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Systems, and collaboration platforms. Drive enterprise integrations, APIs, data platforms, reporting, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Program Management Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic business objectives. Act as the key interface between IT and business functions. Lead enterprise-wide technology programs from planning through implementation. Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and successful transition from legacy systems to modern digital platforms. Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud and hybrid environments, server architecture, networks, and end-user computing. Ensure high availability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and optimal system performance. Maintain robust cybersecurity controls to protect enterprise and research data. Establish IT governance frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, security policies, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
