Collaboration Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain collaboration solutions using CUCM, WebEx, Expressway, Im, and Unity Connection. Troubleshoot issues related to video conferencing, audio/video streaming, and data sharing across multiple platforms. Develop scripts for automating tasks and workflows within the collaboration environment. Provide technical support to end-users on how to use these tools effectively. Job Requirements : 6-12 years of experience in a similar role as a Collaboration Engineer or equivalent. Strong knowledge of CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), WebEx, Expressway, Im (Instant Messaging) and Unity Connection. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is an added advantage. .
