About the role
Roles & Responsibilities Manage and drive change management activities within product lifecycle tools, ensuring proper documentation and traceability. Handle supplier quality management, including coordination with global suppliers for quality performance and issue resolution. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment to support product and process quality. Lead and support stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on quality objectives and deliverables. Execute and monitor PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) activities. Develop and review PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans to ensure process robustness. Drive supplier certification and qualification processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards. Support change management validation activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification). Utilize and promote automated tools for quality management and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Proven experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or similar domain (preferred). Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies: PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan. Hands-on experience in supplier handling, development, and performance management, especially with global suppliers. Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and change management processes. Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment. Knowledge of validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) and quality compliance standards. Familiarity with automated quality management tools. Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with verbal communication proficiency rated at least 7/10. Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
