Job Description Job Responsibilities: Experience: 8 - 14 years Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India Description Responsibilities Perform manual testing of web applications to ensure quality, functionality, and performance. Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions. Collaborate in requirement discussions, test planning, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups. Work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC) , taking ownership of assigned tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, report issues, and clarify requirements. Skills Minimum 8 + years of experience in manual testing of web applications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working independently as an Individual Contributor . Prior exposure to client-facing roles. Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology , or a related field. Notice: JavaScript is required for this content.
