Programmer Analyst (SPT24)

Job Description Job Role: Programmer Analyst (SPT24) Experience: 2 Years Work Location: 2400 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Bldg. 3, Albuquerque, NM 87110 and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S Skills required: Bridge the gap between complex business problems and technical solutions. Responsible for the full lifecycle of system design—from initial research and dataflow analysis to the development of robust programs that handle critical organizational data. Convert project specifications and statements of problems into detailed, logical flowcharts. Develop and write computer programs specifically designed to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information with high efficiency. Research, analyze, and determine specific information needs and dataflow requirements to ensure system scalability and accuracy. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and logic to support future maintenance and troubleshooting. No international travel will be required for this position. This position will require travel within the U.S. on an as-needed basis. The purpose of the travel will be for long- and short-term projects at client sites. The frequency and duration of travel will be on an as-needed basis. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long and short term assignments at client sites. Qualification Required: Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
