As an IT Analyst Applications specializing in Vertex support, your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing, testing, and implementing application systems. This will involve applying systems solutions to business/technical problems through various stages such as customer interactions, design, programming, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems and components. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, testing, and implementing application systems - Apply systems solutions to business/technical problems through various stages such as customer interactions, design, programming, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems and components Qualifications Required: - Relevant bachelors or masters degree in computer science or Equivalent education - Hands-on working experience (at least 7 years) in Core Pro-Code applications development and support - Strong technical skills including programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL - Proficiency in frameworks such as Springboot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Data flow, Spring Security, Flask - Experience with APIs & Auth like Rest APIs, Microservices, JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSO, Firebase Auth - Knowledge in cloud platforms like Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL) and AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Lambda, S3) - Skills in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists - Familiarity with Data & ETL technologies such as Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Data Flow, Snowflake, Jdbc Template, MFT pipelines - Hands-on experience in delivering AI/GenAI solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI search, Semantic search, LLM, Prompt engineering, Langchain, LangGraph, Pinecone/Chroma vector DB - Proficiency in Webscraping tools like Requests, Selenium, Scrapy - Mobile development skills in Android (Native, Java), Apache Cordova, Custom Cordova plugins - Experience in Team Management and Project Management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer focus, problem-solving capabilities, and risk management understanding Please note the work timings for this position are 01:00 Noon - 10:00 PM IST, and it requires you to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office. Additional Details: The role also involves knowledge of Core Application Systems, Problem Solving, Application Design, Architecture, Implementation, Requirements Analysis, System and Technology Integration, System Testing, and Technical Troubleshooting. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience in these areas to contribute effectively to the organization.
