Innovation Lead - AI / ML

As a Technical Leader for the AI/ML development team, your role involves providing guidance and direction to ensure projects align with company objectives. Your responsibilities include: - Providing technical leadership to the AI/ML development team. - Defining the technical direction for projects in alignment with overall company goals. - Staying updated on industry trends and driving innovation in AI/ML technologies. - Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of AI/ML student developers. - Conducting performance evaluations and offering constructive feedback to student team members. - Designing and implementing AI/ML solutions using modern development processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements. - Ensuring adherence to coding standards through thorough code reviews. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. - Expertise in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Algorithms. - Experience in programming with TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Strong hands-on experience in C++ and Python. - Experience in Deep learning and computer vision, including object detection and segmentation. - Familiarity with Computer Vision techniques such as 3D SLAM and point cloud mapping. - Proven experience in a technology leadership role within the aviation or related industry. - In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics. - Strong background in designing and managing IT network infrastructure. - Demonstrated experience in implementing remote work solutions and managing distributed teams. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive innovation. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
