As an Analytics Manager at Spinny, you will collaborate closely with business, product, design, engineering, and growth teams to foster a data-first culture and drive data-backed decision-making. Your role will involve leading a team of analysts to uncover insights from user behavior, track feature performance, and measure product impact throughout the customer journey, from discovery to delivery. Additionally, you will work in tandem with senior leadership to tackle intricate business challenges through data and transform insights into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and business-impacting analyses. - Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, track feature usage, and evaluate the impact of product changes. - Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and self-serve tools to democratize data accessibility across the organization. - Establish and oversee frameworks for experimentation and A/B testing to assess business and product interventions. - Drive data instrumentation initiatives with engineering teams to ensure accurate analytics tracking and collaborate with the Data Science team on behavioral segmentation, funnel optimization, and personalization strategies. - Mentor junior analysts and cultivate a high-performing analytics team aligned with Spinny's vision. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer-tech, e-commerce, or automotive domains. - Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Exposure to Python/R for data analysis is advantageous. - Familiarity with statistics and experimentation methodologies like A/B testing and hypothesis testing. - Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective. - Comfort working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
