Role Overview: You will be joining the Analytics Team to primarily assist internal and external clients with implementing (complex) tracking and resolving any related issues. Your role will require you to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in problem-solving by seeking assistance, conducting research, and experimenting to find solutions. While striving for perfection in setup, you should also be pragmatic enough to incorporate redundancy and deliver 'good enough data' when necessary. Effective communication with both internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and report progress will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Implement conversion tracking for various elements such as forms, buttons, e-commerce, etc. - Verify and conduct sanity checks on conversion tracking implementations. - Identify and resolve tracking issues efficiently. - Test and troubleshoot issues using measurement tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar. - Generate customized reports from Analytics and other relevant sources. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including implementation, coding, testing, and maintenance. - Proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4. - Basic understanding of JavaScript. - Strong background in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude with a comprehensive grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics. - Sound knowledge of Web Analytics encompassing strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, and reporting, particularly with Google Analytics. - Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc. - Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4. - Fluent in spoken and written English communication.
