About the role
Position: Part-Time QA Tester Company: Splitshire AI Work Type: Remote (Part-Time) About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding issues before users do and has a passion for delivering polished software. Responsibilities - Test current website features before release. - Perform functional, usability, and regression testing. - Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps, screenshots, and screen recordings. - Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved. - Test AI image generation workflows, user dashboard, authentication, subscriptions, payments, and account management. - Test across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and devices (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile). - Check UI consistency, responsiveness, and user experience. - Report performance issues, broken links, visual inconsistencies, and unexpected behavior. - Work closely with developers to communicate issues and prioritize fixes. - Maintain detailed QA reports and testing checklists. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to write clear and reproducible bug reports. - Familiarity with browser developer tools. - Understanding of responsive web design. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AI or SaaS products. - Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, GitHub Issues, or Linear. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with API testing is a plus.
