About the role
About us Spocto X (A Yubi Company) is the worlds leading end-to-end debt collection platform focused on digitizing the entire collections process. With Spocto X, your debt collections are made simpler, faster and easier with dignity to the borrower - thus, Simplifying Collections with Superior Customer Experience. Our E2E collections platform - SpoctoX, empowers Financial Institutions with AI, ML, and NLP-Driven Technologies to provide a seamless collections experience. Equipped with path-breaking advanced features, SpoctoX simplifies the collections workflow thereby enhancing recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements for the implementation of projects. Work with the technical teams to configure the platform for onboarding new clients. This may include data migration and configurations for new/existing clients. Work closely with the Project Manager and Program Manager to ensure requirements are fully understood and align with the project scope. Assist in creating test cases and validation criteria to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements. Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and Go live. Prepare and maintain business documentation and user manuals as required. Support to the client initially post go live. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-focused role, preferably with lending background 5+ years of experience in business analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Strong communication and problemsolving skills. Experience with project management and process mapping.
