Key Responsibilities: - Mechanical Modeling (60%): Lead the 3D CAD design (Inventor) of custom machinery with a focus on high-speed motion, vibration damping, and pharmaceutical-grade material selection. - Electrical Architecture (40%): Design comprehensive electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, including power distribution, sensor integration, and PLC/PC-based control panel layouts. - Integrated Design: Utilize tools like SolidWorks Electrical to route cables within 3D models, ensuring no interference between moving parts and wiring harnesses. - Vision Integration: Design specialized enclosures for cameras and strobe lighting, managing thermal heat dissipation and precise optical alignment. - Vendor & Shop-Floor Management: Oversee the fabrication of mechanical parts and assembly of electrical panels to ensure alignment with digital models.
