Engineer/ Senior Engineer- NPD/ Project Management

Role & responsibilities New mould development for Project Handling. Responsible for T-0 to T-Final, Till final mould validation. Independent decision maker for preparing action plan for post-trial of mould functioning & aesthetic. Independently work & do dimensional correction for on going project Knowledge of APQP will be added advantage , can able to prepare APQP time plan and monitor project with CFT approach . Attending first trial & critical trials . After trial co-ordination with design team , manufacturing & assembly members as per customers. Able to work on MS office for tracking mold current status & maintain weekly report from T-0 to T-Final. Attending customer independently & attend meeting independent online / offline . Work as per Mold checklist for T0 & Mould Dispatch. Responsible for mould handover, ( arrange all documents, ok samples , inspection report with customer approval ). Visiting customer & supplier whenever needed during mould development. Responsible for customer mould validation ( ensure mould is made as per customer demand ) validation plan & execution. Follow Up with Design / manufacturing for daily work completion status. Attend mould design review & able to provide inputs for improvement
