What you will be doing Within 3 Months you will: Get familiar with our salesforce technology stack and instances. Get familiar with and take part in the team s agile processes and ceremonies. Understand business processes and follow best practices set for the development team. Be able to solve small requirements with little guidance from team members. By 3-6 months you will: Be an active member of development/support projects. Be able to properly understand and discuss business requirements with stakeholders product owners.
