Technology Domains Requirements Engineering Associates may be aligned to one or more of the following technology practices based on business requirements and individual capability: Full Stack Engineering DevOps & Cloud Engineering Generative AI & AI Agents Business Automation & Digital Transformation Eligibility Final Year Engineering Students or Recent Graduates Freshers (0 years of experience) are encouraged to apply Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming fundamentals Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies Candidates from Salem or willing to relocate before joining Program Journey Phase 1 – Engineering Readiness Associates undergo a structured engineering readiness program that includes technical learning, collaborative development, internal product engineering, code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship. This phase is designed to build enterprise-grade engineering capabilities and prepare associates for customer-facing project delivery. Phase 2 – Project Deployment Upon successful completion of the Engineering Readiness phase, associates may be deployed to internal initiatives or client engagements based on organizational requirements, demonstrated technical proficiency, and project availability. Career Progression The Engineering Associate Program is designed to create a long-term engineering career pathway within Springreen.
