Role Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end integration projects between Sprinklr and third-party platforms Consult internal and external stakeholders on technical solution design Troubleshoot API issues, build PoCs, and extend capabilities using SDKs Mentor junior consultants and document integration standards and best practices Key Deliverables: Custom API integrations and reusable connectors Solution architecture aligning Sprinklr with CRM, DAM, CCaaS platforms Platform improvement recommendations and backend analysis reports Integration documentation and troubleshooting guidelines
