Lead the planning, design, and implementation of network and telephony systems to support the business Manage and optimize network performance, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony systems Develop and enforce network and telephony policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network and telephony solutions with other systems. Conduct regular assessments of network and telephony infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades. Ensure network and telephony security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures and protocols. Provide technical guidance and support to IT team and end-users. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for real time communications applications. The incumbent will be responsible for building a highly available, fault tolerant and highly scalable platform. We re looking at millions of calls and thousands of users hosted in a highly stable environment Work with other engineers to build a robust platform implementing stress tests, resiliency components and understanding latency throughout the system.
