About the role
Key Responsibilities - Handle IT support tickets and resolve user issues within defined SLAs. - Monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime. - Perform NOC operations, including incident detection, escalation, and resolution. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. - Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers and track them until closure. - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and technical solutions. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required. - Support office IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and meeting room equipment. - Follow IT security, backup, and operational procedures. - Provide timely updates to users regarding incident status. Exposure & Learning Opportunities - Enterprise IT infrastructure and monitoring tools. - Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud basic exposure). - Enterprise ticketing systems and ITSM processes. - Network monitoring and NOC operations. - Working with global customers and international support environments. - IT infrastructure management and incident response. .
