Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office/Hybrid) Experience: 57 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with 57 years of experience to drive product development by translating business needs into actionable requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, designers, and engineering teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality digital solutions using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Product Ownership Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.Define product roadmap and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders.Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience.Facilitate decision-making by providing business insights and recommendations.Product Delivery Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business objectives.Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and analytics.Support release planning and go-to-market activities.Required Skills Strong experience in Business Analysis and Product Ownership.Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile product development.Experience in writing user stories, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.Preferred Skills Experience with SaaS, Enterprise, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce products.Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Visio, or similar collaboration tools.Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or Agile certification is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office/Hybrid) Experience: 57 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with 57 years of experience to drive product development by translating business needs into actionable requirements.
