As the Head of Computer Vision at Spyne, you will be leading the development of cutting-edge Computer Vision systems that are revolutionizing automotive visual commerce. You will lead the development, training, and optimization of state-of-the-art computer vision models, including image segmentation, object detection, pose estimation, 3D reconstruction, generative vision models, and multimodal systems. Additionally, you will build scalable CV pipelines, inference systems, and production-grade deployments while mentoring and growing a world-class Computer Vision team. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute Spyne's long-term Computer Vision roadmap aligned with product, business, and global expansion goals. - Lead the design, training, and optimization of state-of-the-art computer vision models. - Build scalable CV pipelines, inference systems, and production-grade deployments leveraging cloud platforms. - Mentor, coach, and grow a world-class Computer Vision team. - Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to embed visual intelligence into customer-facing automotive experiences. - Stay ahead of advances in computer vision and represent Spyne at global conferences and research collaborations. - Ensure computer vision models move from prototype to production with clear, measurable business outcomes. Qualifications Required: - 68 years of experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning. - Strong expertise in image, video, and 3D understanding systems. - Proven experience building and scaling computer vision products in high-growth startups or enterprise environments. - Hands-on mastery of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, OpenCV, and modern MLOps and deployment practices. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Alignment with Spyne's core values: Customer Obsession, Think 10X, Extreme Ownership, and Relentless Innovation Machine.
