Assistant Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager in the Voice AI team, you will work closely with the Product Manager to deliver AI agents that manage real sales conversations across various languages, industries, and use cases. Your role will involve writing specifications, analyzing data, listening to calls, and ensuring successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers to influence product strategy by providing customer insights, data analysis, and detailed information - Dive deep into the behavior of AI systems in production, including behavior prompts, model trade-offs, latency considerations, failure modes, and evaluation pipelines - Analyze call recordings and quality monitoring data to identify insights and address issues - Manage the product roadmap, feature backlog, and OKR tracker to ensure accuracy and relevance - Extract and analyze data, write queries, and develop dashboards to monitor product performance - Assist in preparing for feature launches, including documentation, internal training, and customer communication Qualifications Required: - Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or related roles - Proactive with a strong bias for taking action - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical background, proficient in SQL or able to learn quickly - Detail-oriented, able to detect changes in metrics, identify workflow disruptions, and notice discrepancies in call transcripts - Curious about AI systems and their behavior, with a desire to understand their workings About the Company: SquadStack.ai prioritizes people over products and profits, emphasizing a strong company culture.
