GCP Data Modeller

You have an exciting opportunity to work as a GCP Data Modeller for a Private Markets data program in India with one of the sector-leading consultancy clients. Your role will involve designing and maintaining data models for investment, fund, portfolio, and performance data, collaborating closely with business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models. - Define and document data structures, relationships, and business rules. - Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. - Support data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Data Modelling or Data Architecture. - Strong SQL and data warehouse modelling skills. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer (preferred). - Experience working with Private Markets such as Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, or Real Assets. - Understanding of fund, portfolio, investment, valuation, and performance data. The client desires the following skills but they are not mandatory: - Financial Services or Asset Management experience. - Experience in cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
