They need to leverage many different type of technology to automate code releases as well as internal processes. A high level of technical ability is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Automate manual internal operational processes Create custom scripts to automate fixes before systems fail Automating recovery procedures for minimal downtime and a positive user experience Bring new technologies into the CT space Key Qualifications 2-4 years of Bamboo, Octopus, PowerShell Worked in a DevOps environment Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Bachelor's degree in related technology/business areas or equivalent work experience
