- 24/7 Support and having 4+ years of experience.
- Network monitoring and maintaining of Cisco products like switches/bridges.
- Port management
- Unix/Linux server and webserver monitoring
- Proficient in scripting (Shell/Perl/Python/TCL)
- Protocol experience in TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, Diameter
- Load balancing (ELB – Elastic Load Balancing)
- Log tool like SPLUNK
- Knowledge on web services
