Technical Product Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst or Project Manager/Scrum Master that has experience working with software teams using Agile project management techniques. They must be a strong communicator, a collaborative team worker and organised. The Role: Help drive new feature development through every stage of the product lifecycle Work with our Product Team to priorities work for the team. Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories by leading intensive,multi-discipline, collaboration sessions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI designers, software developers, and software testers to build features Manage Projects. Drive delivery, plan/organise work, and adapt to inevitable challenges. Running daily team ceremonies. Work with the team to ensure high level of Quality Assurance Required Skills: Passionate about collaborative team delivery and working with team members of varied disciplines and skill-sets across multiple locations. Capable self-starter and quick learner who possesses exceptional attitude and aptitude. Proactive communicator who can work successfully across functions and teams. Experience with agile methodologies and practices Able to ask the right questions, get to the point and get the right things done the right way Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Resilient ability to swiftly respond to changes in a dynamic environment Additional Skills: Knowledge of specific software techniques such as TDD and BDD A good breadth of knowledge across many technologies; especially useful are the Amazon Cloud Stack Experience with Analytics tools such as Omniture would be helpful Some background in QA would be valuable
