About the role
Role & responsibilities Role: Site Supervisor/Engineer/Jr. Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Manager Responsibilities: 1. Handling Daily Site Activities such as Labour, Manpower & Erection. 2. Unloading & Stacking of Materials from Vehicles after Crosschecking them against the Packing Lists & the Shop Drawings for Quality Check. 3. Lifting & Erection of Part Marks as per the erection sequence with proper Safety & quality. 4. Recording & Reporting of Daily Progress, Hindrance, NCR's, & Safety issues. 5. Planning & Coordination with office & site teams for improving the efficiency & in time completion of work. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management). Strong understanding of construction supervision principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
