TS - SAP FICO/FI/FICA/Finance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FI/FICO) Consultant with 7+ years of SAP consulting experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations . The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered at least 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and possess in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling business processes, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of SAP FI/FICO consulting experience. Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (Greenfield/Brownfield/Rollout/Migration). Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance . Expertise in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting & Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) Automatic Payment Program (APP) Tax Configuration Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Strong knowledge of: Universal Journal (ACDOCA) Business Partner (BP) New Asset Accounting Financial Closing Parallel Accounting Document Splitting Experience integrating FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, PS, and PM modules. Key Responsibilities Participate in and lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration projects. Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Configure SAP FI/CO solutions to meet business needs. Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, and support production deployment. Collaborate with ABAP developers on RICEFW objects, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. Support data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or other migration tools. Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support. Provide business process optimization and troubleshooting for Finance operations. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Finance. Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, or Cash Management is an advantage. Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, or SAP BTP is preferred. SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
