Ltd., Ghaziabad Location: SiteIV, Sahibabad Industrial Area Job Type: Fulltime Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Electronics Testing Industry: Consumer Electronics / Audio Electronics / PCB-Based Products --- Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Production Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of electronic products manufactured on our production line. The role requires hands-on testing expertise, robust analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct functional testing of PCBs, audio products, and electronic assemblies Perform troubleshooting on defective units using multimeter, oscilloscope, and other testing tools Validate product performance as per QC standards and testing protocols Prepare and maintain daily testing reports, defect logs, and corrective action records Coordinate with production, QC, and R&D; teams for issue resolution Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained Support predispatch quality checks and batch-level audits Identify recurring defects and suggest process improvements --- Required Skills & Competencies Minimum 2 years experience in electronics testing Robust knowledge of electronic components, PCBs, soldering quality, and circuit behavior Hands-on experience with multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope, audio testing tools Ability to diagnose faults at component and circuit level Understanding of testing SOPs, quality standards, and documentation Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under production timelines --- Education Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics or related field .
