Job Title: System Architect and design Manager: Battery Energy Storage System Remuneration: Based on Experience and as per industry standards Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 38 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced System Architect & Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design and engineering of our BESS solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BESS architecture, system integration, component selection, and detailed electrical and mechanical design, with the ability to take products from concept to manufacturing. What you will do Independently design end-to-end BESS solutions for residential, C&I;, and utility-scale applications. Define system architecture and select key components including battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire suppression, containers, and auxiliary systems. Prepare and review SLDs, GA drawings, electrical and mechanical layouts, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Ensure designs comply with BIS, IEC, UL, and other applicable standards. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to optimize performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability. Provide technical support during vendor evaluation, customer discussions, and product development. What we are looking for: Any Graduate 48 years of experience in BESS (Mandatory), battery manufacturing, renewable energy, or power electronics. Robust understanding of complete BESS architecture, system integration, and product design. Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, SolidWorks, or equivalent. Proven experience in delivering Residential, commercial & Industrial BESS projects from concept through production.
