Required Qualifications & Technical Skills - Experience: Minimum of 4 years of skilled experience in technical RPA workflow development in healthcare domain. - Core Tools: Strong developer-level proficiency with the UiPath environment (Studio, Orchestrator, Queues) and Microsoft Power Automate Flows. - Scripting & Data: Familiarity with foundational coding/scripting in Python, VB.NET, JavaScript, or C#, alongside practical knowledge of SQL for database data validation. - Problem Solving: Strong debugging and operational troubleshooting capabilities to parse execution logs and resolve runtime errors quickly. - Teamwork & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical logic and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
