In this role, you will focus on core development, optimization, and robust implementation using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, following standard software engineering and automation best practices.Key Responsibilities - Workflow Development: Build, configure, and test resilient automation scripts and workflows utilizing UiPath Studio and Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). - Advanced Automation Tasks: Implement API-driven steps, data manipulations, custom connectors, and UI interactions to execute process scripts efficiently. - Debugging & Maintenance: Track down runtime script bugs, implement proper exception-handling logic, and ensure the steady performance of active bot queues. - Best Practices: Adhere to established engineering principles, handle secure credential integrations, and manage workflow version tracking via Git/GitHub. - Technical Documentation: Draft explicit developer support notes, detailing execution paths and configuration blueprints (SDD/PDD) for clear handoffs. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills - Experience: Minimum of 4 years of skilled experience in technical RPA workflow development in healthcare domain. - Core Tools: Strong developer-level proficiency with the UiPath environment (Studio, Orchestrator, Queues) and Microsoft Power Automate Flows. - Scripting & Data: Familiarity with foundational coding/scripting in Python, VB.NET, JavaScript, or C#, alongside practical knowledge of SQL for database data validation. - Problem Solving: Strong debugging and operational troubleshooting capabilities to parse execution logs and resolve runtime errors quickly. - Teamwork & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical logic and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
