Mern Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 4 years of experience, primarily focused on React.js development, to join our growing development team. In this role, you will develop full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on front-end user interfaces using React, as well as server-side logic using Node.js and Express. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver scalable, high-performing web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB (MERN). Build reusable and modular front-end components using React.js, with effective state management via Redux or Context API. Design and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with designers to transform UI/UX wireframes into responsive, high-quality code. Deploy and manage applications using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and others as required. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack in development and production environments. ______________ Required Skills: 7-8 years of hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, Mysql and MongoDB. Strong understanding of Redux, Context API, and other state management libraries. Experience working with and managing RESTful APIs Handling individual VPS servers and possessing knowledge of Nginx Server on Ubuntu OS for deployment and infrastructure. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and modern front-end responsive design principles. Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm, or yarn. Version control using Git. Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library. ______________ Desired Skills: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with Next.js or similar React frameworks. Hands-on experience with API security and performance optimization. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
