Conduct site surveys, measurements, and technical assessments before and during project execution. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and building codes. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site. Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents for accuracy and implementation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available and used efficiently. Perform quality control inspections and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works. Monitor project schedules and assist in meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
