Business Analyst

Experience of 8+ Yrs with requirements analysis and requirements management tools and techniques Experience in various project methodologies within the software development life cycle Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures and the ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, and QA Capability to analyse and model end to end business processes and understand how technology enables or improves them AS IS / TO BE process flows Use of BPMN, UML, or similar modelling techniques Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership levels Adheres to software development standards, processes and best practices Demonstrated Capabilities Good verbal and written communication (English) Takes accountability and ownership of deliverables Business Analysis Planning & SDLC Alignment Partner with clients to understand products, services, operating model, and pain points by running JAD/JAM workshops, interviews, and observation sessions Elicit and translate customer needs into business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional / non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria Manage priorities, changes, and issues using a transparent governance model; maintain traceability and ensure stakeholders share a common understanding of requirements
