About the role
Experience: - 1 TO 5 Years Roles and Responsibilities: - Manual testing of bug-fixing and enhancement to existing systems through varying scripted, sanity, and exploratory testing methods. - Need to work closely with engineers, product owners, designers, a team of QA analysts to ensure our products are of the highest possible quality. - Preparing clear documentation of testing steps, cases, and processes where required. - Continuously strive to improve our testing processes by the use of creative thinking to find edge case issues. - Detect usability and performance issues by writing and executing test plans. - Report bugs and errors to developers and coordinate with them for fixing. - To ensure cross-platform and cross-device functionality of our products. - Development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures. - Work closely with the client service team for enhancement requests, emphasize current bugs, ticket management including screening. - Should possess a clear understanding and experience of testing APIs using tools such as Postman. - Software development lifecycles clear understanding, a basic understanding of Git, and version control. - Should be able to introduce new testing processes, technologies, update systems for bugs, and involve in defining new processes. - Offer feedback, support, and guidance, to other QA team members and the wider technical service team. - Report daily activities to the QA lead. Essential Qualification: - BCA/MCA, BSC IT / MSC IT, B.E- CS/ME-CS, B.Tech IT, PGDC IT, MBA-IT, Any graduate in IT (Computer), Phd (computer). - Must have 3+years experience in Mobile Application Testing - Proficient in different types of testing methodologies - Hands-on experience of performance testing. - Working experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Must have understanding and knowledge of browser compatibility and knowledge of WCAG compliance. - Involvement across multiple projects/workflows together with varying team members and .
