Systems Integration Specialist

Positions General Duties and Tasks In these roles you will be responsible for: Define the test strategies for Automation, Regression and Smoke Testing Effectively manage and lead a test team Understand and implement the testing processes Prepare automation test plans Deploy and manage test frameworks Identify and communicate risks during test planning and execution phases Own (Lead) the end-to-end testing tasks like scoping, estimation, planning, work allocation, resource management, test design & execution, defect management, progress tracking & status reporting, management reporting, UAT support, test closure etc Plan & coordinate for timely availability of the test data & environments Proactively communicate and collaborate with project teams, test teams and support partners across US & India Ensure that all test execution activities are conducted for projects per procedure / requirements Self-starter, highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; high level of business management and facilitation skill; capability to resolve complex problems with minimum confusion, frustration, and inconveniences for all parties concerned Customer focused; Action-Oriented; Building Team Spirit; Self Development; Creativity & Innovation; Problem Solving; Ethics & Values Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently as well as in a team setting Define and implement the QA metrics framework Identify & drive the improvement opportunities in the QA space Should be willing to work in shifts and provide QA support on weekend as per the project requirements Requirements for this role include: Required Skills: Strong experience in functional and automation testing for web applications and microservices Hands-on experience in manual testing including test case design, execution, and defect management Experience creating detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements Hands-on experience designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies for functional and automated testing Hands-on experience in UI automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks Experience in test automation lifecycle and building automation frameworks from scratch Hands-on experience with API automation frameworks like Rest Assured Understanding and experience with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation Hands-on experience in performance testing for applications, microservices, and APIs Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
