SAP PLM Solution Architect

Job Title : SAP PLM Solution Architect Location: Ban/Hyd/Pune (Hybrid – 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH every week) Experience: 12 to 15 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years dedicated to SAP PLM implementation and support. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with core SAP PLM components (e.g., DMS, ECN/ECM, BOMs, Material Master, Classification, PLM Web UI). Experience with specific industry solutions (e.g., Recipe Development for CPG/Life Sciences or Visual Enterprise) is a plus. SAP Releases: Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA PLM is mandatory. Prior experience with ECC 6.0 PLM is highly desirable. Soft Skills Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams in a global environment. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate/Professional - PLM) are a strong advantage.
