About the role
Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Stackular, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and scalable designs that meet business requirements. Leveraging AI tools and workflows, you will work towards designing faster, smarter, and more user-centric experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs - Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, ideation, and content generation - Use AI for UX research synthesis, persona creation, and usability insights - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements - Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across products - Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG is a plus) - Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive interfaces - Analyze user behavior and continuously improve UX - Stay updated with the latest AI-driven design trends and tools Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects - Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design workflows (must-have) - Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator - Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and human-centered design - Experience with rapid prototyping and interaction design - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Additional Company Details: At Stackular, we are a product development community driven by a shared vision and core values.
