About the role
As a candidate for the role at a fast-growing startup in the IT Solutions & Consulting space in Delhi NCR with StaffAnchor, your responsibilities will include: - Leading three core verticals: AI, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure & Network - Defining and driving technical strategy across offerings - Supporting sales teams with solution architecture and pre-sales engagements - Building and mentoring high-performing technical teams - Evaluating technologies and supporting OEM partnerships - Ensuring strong alignment between solution design and delivery To qualify for this position, you should have: - 12+ years of experience in technical pre-sales/solution architecture - Strong expertise across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud/AI - Experience working with enterprise customers - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities - Excellent communication and presentation skills This role will give you the opportunity to lead the technical organization, drive solution architecture, pre-sales, and strategy across AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domains.
