Full Stack Principal Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer, your role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performance applications. You will define software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for development teams. Your responsibilities include providing technical leadership in choosing frameworks, technologies, and tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving code quality, security, and performance optimizations, and mentoring junior and senior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performance applications. - Define software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for development teams. - Provide technical leadership in choosing frameworks, technologies, and tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, DevOps, and UI/UX. - Drive code quality, security, and performance optimizations across projects. - Mentor and guide junior and senior developers, conducting code reviews and training sessions. - Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. - Work with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Ensure the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in Angular. - Good to have experience in C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP .NET. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
